One little seed...
I am honoured to be the host of the Inspirational Women Series and I cannot tell you how much these interviews help inspire me and boost my confidence. It's just so incredibly moving to hear real stories, real challenges and discover real outcomes and what steps these women had to take to get over the bad times and keep up the good times. It fires me up. It just makes me feel alive and ready to take a bigger step forward - it truly makes a difference. If these interviews have the power to do this for me, I am know they can help inspire many more women.

Watching My Idea Blossom
So now I am embracing this beautiful journey and letting the podcast grow into something more beautiful and inspiring that I could ever of imaged. It's still really new, I only started the Roberta Style Lee Podcast a few months ago, right now its currently on Soundcloud and Youtube. I decided to target women as both my audience and my guests to be interviewed on the show. I thought about what has inspired me over the years and it always comes back to people. Its not always about the big cats either - I find inspiration in the simplest of things and humblest of people.

Keeping My Podcast True To My Values
I decided to refine things even further and keep the podcast completely inline with my own values and the RSL values too. So this means all interviewees will be:
- Women who have survived testing times
- Women in business
- Women who have launched ethical and sustainable brands
- Women in fashion who care about doing 'good' and helping make a difference
- Women who care about helping other women
Basically, it's a whole lotta girl power - or more aptly me trying to bottle up 'the power of the female force''. There is an amazing energy that flows when women come together to support one another.
Basically it's like a chat - I ask some questions and then we talk through how hard it is can be to be a women in today's society and juggling life. We discuss the good times, the bad times, what makes them happy, confident and sane. After every interview I go away with ideas and tips on how to better myself and stay strong.

A Big Thank You To My First Podcast Guests
I wanted to give a shout out to 4 very special ladies who came onto the show to share their stories on the podcast. These were my early supporters and they were very patient with me whilst I fumbled my way through early hosting, editing and publishing issues.
A big thanks to Anne Threlfall founder of Elkie & Ark, Julie Kerdevac and best friend Lara Sans Gill the co-founders of AmaElla and Ansje the female half of co-founded brand Jakes Boost. These ladies were just a few of the women that are on the podcast, all of which have been equally supportive and patient.
